Kekki Genkai: Genshuku (Gravity)
Bloodline Traits: The Kekki Genkai allows the Asuha clan to manipulate gravity. They can increase or decrease the strength of gravity fields around objects. It is easiest to use on small objects, however, something like a person is far more difficult. By applying the gravity fields to themselves, they can increase or decrease their weight (force of gravity pulling on a object) allowing for faster movements or stronger blows.
Hikari's grandfather only had the ability to control the gravity of everything around him, and from then on, none of the Asuha clan members were strong enough to surpass Hikari's grandfather.

Personality: Loves everyone close to her, Hikari is an easygoing kunoichi. She hates seeing people suffer, regardless of their relationship with her. She never makes decisions with a hothead; Hikari is almost always calm. She acts serious when necessary but in general, Hikari is relaxed.

Elements: Water, Wind

Special Characteristics: A feint cresent moon on her left palm that activates when using healing jutsus. This moon boosts a bit of all her healing jutsus as well.

2nd Personality of Hikari:
History of Hikari: Long ago, when Hikari was born, she was already dying because of the lack of clean oxygen. The medical nins inserted a piece of jewel, called the Shuki, deep within her forehead. No scars or special markings can be visible now, but the Shuki had helped prevent Hikari's death. After her grandfather's death, and when she was well again, the Shuki had been surgically removed from Hikari. Unfortunately, the Shuki, being extremely delicate, broke into hundreds of shards within her head. They managed to get over half of the shards, but the ones that they couldn't get still remain in her forehead forever.

History of Shuki [Jewel of Death]: The Shuki had been posessed by the Asuha clan for nearly 4 centuries. It has been found after a trecherous volcano eruption in the northern lands of Konoha. The Shuki gives ultimate healing powers and such powers will only come into play when the jewel is inserted into the object. For instance, if you put the Shuki into a scraped knee, the knee will heal. But there is a side-effect to it. Rarely, if the cause of using the Shuki is immensely large [eg. life or death situation], the Shuki will give the person using it a second personality with the Shuki itself, controlling the person's movements. It can ONLY control the movements, not their voice. For instance, the Shuki can commit suicide. But it cannot force the person to say anything. This personality does not give the person any powers or take away any chakra. When the Shuki will take over and how long this will last is unpredictable.

Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current

Description: The user pushes wind chakra out infront of them. They mold it into a 2 meter tall, 1/2 meter thick wall of wind chakra. This is a purely defensive technique. The chakra slashes at anything that touches it, but it is a continuous drain that a genin can not hold for long.

Description: The user forces wind chakra into their palms and pushes it out. An unruly ball of wind chakra, much like the chidori, appears and is launched at the opponent. The chakra slashes and pounds at the target, but this move drains about 1/5 of a genin's chakra.

Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo)

Description: The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow. The wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of two exploding tags.

Description: When a tornado is formed it picks up debris and sometimes other elements. A hurricane is a tornado on the water that has taken up the storm and water below it. Using this jutsu, the user performs it like they would a daikamaitachi, swings their fan and the wind is shot forth. The tornado hits the required elements and takes up a new form. Each element and form is a calamity.

Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale

This jutsu creates a large tiger out of nearby ice. Because it's so cold, it can freeze nearby water while attacking its target. It resembles an ice version of Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique.

Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm

This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings.

Description: This is one sort of like Kabuto's technique, but when she gets hit, her injury heals faster. She only activates this when it's serious.

Shousen Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique

Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the user to heal wounds by focusing her own chakra to her hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

Chakra Absorption Technique

The user will create a visible chakra in any of her hand. With the chakra visible, she is able draw out chakra from her opponent just by touching them. If enough chakra is withdrawal, that person will begin to feel woozy and dizzy.

Skill of Healing Resuscitation Regeneration

Description: This jutsu is quite difficult to use and usually requires 4 medical-nin to complete, but Hikari is skilled enough to do it on her own. It utilizes a piece of the hair of a victim as a conduit to restore broken and damaged tissue to its normal healthy state. Regenerates broken or completely removed tissue.

Cell Regeneration

Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the focuses all of her chakra into one part of her body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of her body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. An extremely powerful jutsu, and at all times it uses almost all of the ninja's chakra, pretty much ending the battle for the user.

Decontamination Technique

Description: A technique to use if someone becomes poisoned or seriously infected with a decease or toxin. The medical specialist uses his or her chakra to rapidly create new white blood cells in the patient's blood stream to fight off infections, poisons and other hostile substances to enter the body. Immensely strong poisons can still kill their victim but with the help of this jutsu will be slowed down enough for the victim to acquire a proper cure or antidote.

Bone Healer Skill

Description: A variation of Chiyute no jutsu. When an ally has broken or fractured a bone, this jutsu uses chakra which makes the body boost its calcium level. Using the extra calcium, Chiyute no jutsu is activated, but uses less chakra since she already has the calcium to work with, but will only work on bone tissue.

History/ Background Story:

Hikari was born to a very wealthy family. The Asuha clan ruled most of the Leaf, but as Hikari turned 2, her grandfather had died. The Asuha clan fell downwards since then. When Hikari was born, many Asuha clan members thought of pushing her to be just like her grandfather. Her mother didn't want Hikari to have a life like her grandfather, whereas her father thought otherwise. On Hikari's 4th birthday, her father almost murdered her mother, in hopes of having Hikari to himself. The plan did not go as planned and her father was soon executed. Hikari does not remember this, and clan members kept the memory away from her.

When Hikari was 8, she was messing with gravity already. She would fling small objects, such as a pencil, and would go hunting for more items to fool around with. As she grew a deeper understanding of her abilities, the gravitational control became easier. By the time she was only 10, she has textbooks, lamps and boxes and other objects under her control.

She was only 15 when her family commited arson in a building in Konoha, killing most of the people in it. From that day, Hikari had ran away from home, not wanting to die with her parents. The village council ordered ANBU to hunt down the Asuha clan and dispose of them. Luckily, Hikari was safe, seeing as how she had exited Konoha's territory.

RP Sample:

Hikari stood atop a high hill near the gates of the Cloud village. The sun hung high above her and clouds housed over numerous buildings, creating that safe aura. She looked at the gate; standing tall and proud. Smiling, she turned and walked further in the town. Having lived here her whole life almost made her feel like nothing could persuade her into leaving the village. Stepping out of those gates were just a myth to her; something she did not believe.

She felt the cool breeze entangle her, letting her black locks fly loose. As she was in the midst of her fuffilment, a sharp memory had taken over her. Hikari visioned herself with a kunai, and her mother's tear-filled face looking at her. Frowning to herself, she shook the image out of her head. "I'm losing it.." Hikari convinced herself, as if that'd make that memory not true.

Reaching the familiar buildings she once loved, hate filled her eyes. Hikari glared at the threshold of the building, picturing herself once sitting there, tossing random items with Genshuku. "Wind Style: Wind Release: Great B--" She stopped herself, thinking of what damage it would do to the properties. She wanted to make this unnoticable, almost like this buidling was never here. Sighing, Hikari threw a rock at the window, smashing it. As she heard no voices from within that reacted to the "not-really-an-accidental-windowbreak," she walked towards the door, opening it with a squeak.
