Looks:

Raikane is very athletically-toned, in terms of body. He is very muscular, though he may not look it. His limbs are rather long, which leads to another thing: he is rather tall and lanky. His is quite slim, as well.

He has spiky black hair, and dark blue eyes that reduce to slits when he is enraged. He has the traditional Inuzuka face marks on his cheeks, and he is proud of it. He wears a white shirt with long sleeves, and blue jeans that go down to his knees. His white shirt is plain, except for a black thunderbolt symbol on the back. He has two pockets on the front of his jeans, like normal, and two on the back. He wears traditional Japanese sandals, zori, that are blue.

Raikane's Konohagakure headband is around his forehead, in the typical headband style. Raikane's spikey black hair obscures most of his headband, however, if your eys happen to wander to Kane's forehead, the silver plate on the headband bearing the Konohagakure symbol will be slightly visible.

Raikane has the traditional kunai and shuriken holsters on his right leg (on the upper right side), as he is right-handed. Under the holsters is bandages, wrapped around Raikane's leg under the holsters so the holsters do not cut into Raikane's leg. His items pouch is clipped onto his back right pocket of his jeans for extra items he uses (i.e: his smokebombs).

Personality: Raikane is a bit hyper. He is always cheerful, and is usually optimistic. He never lets himself be beaten at anything easily. He has developed a sarcastic side, as well, and taunting his opponents is fun to him. However, he hates treachery and will lash out against a traitor. He hates to be underestimated, or overestimated, and he tries to know exactly how strong he really is. Raikane's sarcastic personality has lead him to coin a catchphrase; "dochimichi," meaning "whatever." Kasei gets along perfectly with his canine familiar Shidenmaru, and their well-coordinated teamwork has saved them many times in battles. Raikane is very dogmatic and bossy, at his worst; at his best, he is just and kind. Raikane has an IQ high above normal, and this, along with his quick-descision making, helps Raikane determine the best course of action. He is a natural-born leader, not usually willing to take orders from anyone. Raikane loves to fight, and will often provoke one, unless he is convinced otherwise. Raikane is stubborn; and as so, he is slow to admit he is wrong. Kasei is usually cool, calm and collected, rarely one to talk, especially in battle. In battle, Raikane is normally almost silent. Raikane's indifference is unusual for a Hyouzan; most of Raikane's relatives are regular loud hotheads. But Raikane knows that his clan's clumsy, loud demeanor is a huge tactical error in battle; any clumsier and the only way another Hyouzan clan member would be stealthy is if the opponent were blind. So Raikane tends to be quiet, not wanting be like all of his other clan members. All of this being said, Raikane has an extremely complex personality.

Characteristics: This Bijuu gives Raikane the ability to use the Lightning Element with mastery. It also gives Raikane a huge Chakra boost when he's emotionally distressed or low on Chakra (danger zone low).

History/Background Story: Raikane grew up in Yukigakure with his parents. He was happy, and he had plenty of friends around the Village. He was always wanting to be a Shinobi when he was young. When he was five, Doto, the leader of Yukigakure, ordered his parents' assassination, as they were foreigners from Konoha and world travellers, and they posed a threat to Doto's hold on the Village. Raiden was told nothing of this, of course, as Doto feared that Raikane would fly into a rage and release Raijuu no Rokubi, the Six-Tails Demon Weasel, who had been sealed inside of Raikane at birth. When Raikane was eleven years old, he discovered a scroll of Suiton Jutsus that had belonged to his parents. He studied the scroll, and within a month, had mastered all of the Jutsus in the scroll. He realized that his parents were world travellers-they had never told him-and that they collected data on all of the different Elemental Jutsus. Raikane also learned a couple of Yukigakure's native Jutsus, and within a week of that time, he graduated to Genin. At thirteen years old, Raikane was going to be promoted to Chuunin, but he postponed his promotion to investigate his parents' deaths. He found out that Doto had something to do with his parents' deaths, but then the trail went cold until he was fifteen. He discovered a scroll of completed S and A-ranked missions, and among them was "Assassinate Inuzuka Kajiru and Hyouzan Akari". He realized that Doto had ordered his parents' deaths, and Raikane immediately made plans for him and his Siberian Huksy puppy, Raikamaru, to leave Yukigakure forever.

He went to Konohagakure Village, and to his relief, the people there were very friendly. Within a month, Raikane had graduated from the local Ninja Academy. He was placed on a team with his friends, and they went to the Chuunin Exams when they were sixteen. They spent days in the exams, each one was hard for Raikane. He managed to pass the first exam by getting one question right. The second exam was easier, as he and his teammates were the first from Konoha to finish. The third exam was the hardest. Raikane had to fight that year's top rookie, who was a member of the Nara clan. He would've lost, but at the last moment, he managed to hit his opponent with a Raikyuu. The tournament moved on, and at the last match, Raikane was pitted against his most bitter rival, Inuzuka Koushin himself. Unfortunately, Koushin was strong, and Raikane had to struggle to defeat him. But the opprotunity arose to win when Koushin tried a Tsuga on Raikane. Raikane retaliated by summoning a Rashoumon gate. Koushin crashed head-on into the gate, giving him a severe concussion from which he recovered. After the Exams, he met up with his team to check the results. They graduated, and they went their own seperate ways. Raikane went on a reconnaissance mission to Otogakure Village, and he was severely wounded. Another spy rescued him and took him back to Konohagakure. The fight was Raikane's hardest ever. He had a broken arm, two broken ribs, and he'd lost a lot of his blood. The medics at Konohagakure weren't sure Raikane would make it, but Raijuu no Rokubi had other plans. He healed Raikane while he was asleep, and his bones were the only injuries not healed. However, after a week in the hospital, the medics releaed him. He had survived during his darkest moment, and he trained harder then ever. He was sent again on the same mission, and this time, he faced the same opponent and won. He accomplished the mission no other Jounin or Chuunin had accomplished: infiltrate Otogakure and get out alive.

Jaden smirked and clutched his bo staff tighter, waiting for his opponent to make a move. His opponent, a son of Ares, charged at him. Just what Jaden had hoped for. He attempted, and managed, to trip the Ares kid. As the Ares kid tripped, Jaden quickly realized that the Ares kid's only skill was brute strength. If he could just use that skill against the kid, he could win... Then Jaden noticed a tree, and remembered that, after all, he was a good climber... And the lowest branch was just tall enough for Jaden to reach by jumping. And the Ares kid was shorter than Jaden, so there was a certain advantage in Jaden's favor. Jaden walked backward to the tree carefully as the Ares kid charged at him. Once Jaden was under the branch, he waited for the Ares kid to get closer, then jumped and grabbed the branch. He managed to swing on the branch, so the Ares kid wouldn't be able to hit him, and the Ares ran smack! into a huge rock under the branch. Jaden let go, and as he landed, he said, "Geez... Don't you know to never repeatedly charge someone faster and smarter than you?" "Whatever," groaned the Ares kid, straightening up. "That was a cheap shot!" The Ares kid aimed a punched at Jaden, which he blocked with his bo staff. He kicked the Ares kid in the shins, causing him to stumble a little, then he whacked the kid over the head with his bo staff. "Too easy." Just like that, Jaden had won, and he walked off.

Description: It's implied in the name. The user switches his or her body with a plant, animal or anything for that matter. This is used to escape dangerous situations such as many sharp projectiles being flung at the person. Sometimes you can damage your opponent with this attack.

Bunshin no Jutsu ("Clone Technique")

Description: Everyone is required to know this. Requirement to graduate as a Genin in the anime. This is a basic jutsu. It creates illusions of the caster, in other words: clones. These are basic clones that aren't real. If they are hit by something, they automatically disappear.

Gatsūga ("Double Piercing Fang")

Description: Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. After the familiar transforms into a copy of the clan member, both the familiar and ninja will begin a spinning attack. The preferred time to attack is when their opponent is showing an opening. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Shikyaku no Jutsu ("Four Legs Technique")

Description: Shikyaku no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. After forming the needed hand seals, chakra begins to emit from the body of the clan member and they take on a more canine-like appearance. These body changes give them increased speed and agility.

Description: Like the original version of Double Piercing Fang, Raikamaru becomes Raikane through Beast Man Clone but instead of jumping off his back and then attacking, Raikamaru jumps from Raikane's back towards the enemy and uses a red version of Piercing Fang to launch the enemy into the air then he and Raikane do the same several times on the air born enemy then attack several more times as they fall.

Bakuretsu Koinu ("Exploding Puppy")

Description: Bakuretsu Koinu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka familiars. Resembling him/herself, the familiar replacement is actually a booby trap. Once an enemy is lured in thinking the familiar is injured, the replacement dog will explode and launch a hail of kunai in every direction.

Dainamikku Maakingu ("Dynamic Marking")

Description: Dynamic Marking is a technique used by the Inuzuka clan. When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.

This technique is mainly used as a set up for the Soutourou technique. When the clan member and canine familiar are spinning at such high speeds they are unable to see where they are going, but by using their nose they are able to locate their target with little trouble.

Jūjin Bunshin Rendan ("Man Beast Doppelganger Combo")

Description: In this jutsu, Raikane first uses Beast Human Clone to transform Raikamaru into a clone of himself. Raikamaru then slashes the opponent with his claws while Raikane does the same behind the opponent. Raikane then slashes once more and Raikamaru pounces on the opponent. Raikane then flip kicks the opponent into the air and both Raikane and Raikamaru cross-slash the airborne opponent.

Description: Tsuuga is a variation of Gatsuuga, a Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. This version will just involve one individual clan member utilizing the spinning attack. While using this technique, the ninja can rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki ("Ninja Art: Lightning Dragon Tornado")

Description: Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Raiga's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Ninpou: Raigeki no Yoroi ("Ninja Art: Lightning Strike Armor")

Desctiption: This jutsu is a set-up attack for a stronger jutsu. It consists of a simple, but very fast, duck followed by a powerful upward kick, which sends the opponent flying. When Guy uses this attack, he covers his foot in chakra to enhance it, making his version B-ranked.

Desctiption: The user uses Tsūga in a diagonally upward direction. The speed of the Tsūga makes the user look as if he / she is a small tornado.

Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Description : A Genjutsu that makes the target believe that he/she is falling into a chasm that has lightning streaking across it, to electrocute the target. When the target reaches the lightning in their mind, they will literally feel the electricity. This Jutsu gives the user an opening to strike.

Genjutsu : Kouen Kasui Danpen ("Genjutsu : Flame Spike Shred")

U cant master all those jutsus in a month. It takes years to master them. To learn how to use them is ok but to master them is impossible.
