history/backround:Gengis skill of healing abiltiys qas noticed quickly.The hokage took him in and let him live in his village.He learned how to heal from his mom.His mom passed away from a fatal diesase.Gengi was the worst medical ninja in his family so they never took hm on mission to heal people.Most of his life he stayed in huis basement practcing ntill he needed medical attention.when he was around 16 he made some progress.He was able to heal the former hokage from the same diesase his mom had.When he escaped from his house he was a missing ninja till the age of 27.Then he was found bye the hokage who later gengi became one of the best ninja in the wind village.He is close to the rank of appreantice so he trains even harder the all the others.His dream is to one day become hokage and he watches closely so he can acive his dream.that dream was put aside when he broke out of his house.He took flute playing lessons and was pretty good at it.He always played but hated it.One day he thought to himself ''wat wold happen if i were to insert chackra into wat i play''.He did this and made many illusions and explosions.He then started to play more and perfect his jutsu then he was found by the hokage.((thats were the story takes place))

The thing is you can have 2 main elements, and a combo element. EX: Water, Wind, Ice. or Fire, Rock, Magma. etc...

Well look at anime. Nobdy and i say nobody has more than 2 elements. Exepte kakashi who is copying jutsus though he needs a lot of chakra to use it.

well in my opinion missing ninja can have whatever they want like really because they don't have to waist time finding trainer they firce ppl to teach them or just steal the scroll so i think i should be able to keep it i mean i only have like 3 jutsu 4 my 3rd element

A sub element is usually allowed in other naruto rpg's like narutor, but can't have that third element by yourself. You also have to be at least Genin+ to do this. I'm a Genin on narutor, my elements is Fire & Lightning. I created red lightning and blue fire, because of that elemental combo. My training sensei(only for training) is has taught me 3 water element jutsu, its 'ok' to have no more than 2-3 jutsu of a '3rd element', but the downfall is that the jutsu isn't as powerful as a user who has water-natured chakra. If you hit the man with a water jutsu and it hurts him, then he blasts the same attack back and it hurts more than it hurted him, when he used it. That means he has water-natured chakra, which makes his water moves stronger. Understand?

Calm down. You may be a Missing-Nin. Just only have two S-Rank jutsu, add a little more personality, fix the jutsu 's that look a bit OP, explain your special characteristics a little more, and put only 2 elements. That's it and then I'll probably approve you.
