~ Character ~~The Basics~Name: Raitayaku Ishigyoushi ~ Rider
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Appearance: When first seeing the Tsuchikage for the first time, most are inclined to say that this person is much too young to be kage. After all, she holds a sort of charm that seems much more younger then her real age, despite her appearance. Her skin is a beautiful peach, and her long, nearly unreal pink hair nearly touches the ground when she is moving or standing still. The strands are silky smooth, flowing gently in the wind. Her eyes, when seen in sun light, are yellow and strange, nearly pupiless. At night, when she takes off her blindfold, one can see that her eyes are white or light pink, and pupiless. A remamrkable feature is that snake like tattoo on her forehead. Her slim and well curved body, is shown in a nearly very reavealing dress that hugs her near perfect. The bottom is looser at the bottom, reaching only mid tigh. The top is dressed tight on the top of her breasts, and a pink band makes it much more elegant. The main color of her clothes are black and pink, and it seems to fit her well. Her sleeves are black as well, with attachements of pink at her arm, thick bands of metal and buckles that seem all the more elegant and charming. She also has smaller ones on her wrists, and right under the two larger ones. Her boots edge are like her dress' collar, and the boots are black as well. On the tip, going down from her feet's begining, it a pink metal piece, place there for awesome defense. Apart from that, the boots are slightly heeled. She wears her head band on a pink ribbon as a chocker for her neck. Her pink metal blindfold if also very often on at night.
Personality:Raitayaku, or Rider as she's called, is a very good sort of person to those whom she cares for. Apart from that, she's blunt, and stubborn. However, that's only what one percives, and most think she's too rash for being a Kage. She has this cool attitude that one might associate with arrogance, some of which she holds as well. In battle, she is calm, and determined, sometimes having a dark smile on her face, espicially as she tears her oppoenents to shred. A heartless girl, one that fights with power. But, during the night, she can be seen moving from rooftop to rooftop, before helping a villager in need. Of course, she cares only for those she is meant to care for, and prefers to follow her plans and designs. But, she seems to have a good understanding of other people and how they work, and is very speedy and quite intelligent. A exterior mask, one of rashness, covers the intelligence within. She's quite often seen reading a book or another, liking to be knowledgeable. However, she is a raging fighting machine when her near endless patience reaches it's limits. She's also described as lacking empathy at times. But, she does have charisma, no one can deny that much of her.

History: It was a day like all others. A mother gave birth to her child, only to find out that they were triplets. That was shocking, seeing as all three survived as did the mother, going against their slim chances of survival. That was the birth of Rider, and her two sisters. Luckily, they survived their infancy without much trouble, and were growing like normal girls. Then, they wanted to be shinobies, and thus entered the academy, and begun to train even more. Rider began to shine, being stronger, and faster then her sisters. Of course, many looked down on her for her lack of empathy, but it didn't matter, to her at least. The girl was stronger, and she would continue to do so, unable to stop her growing strenght, and status among academy students. She had slowly begun to accept her strength, when everything was taken away in a single moment. Her sisters were both deathly ill, the cause of it know only to a rare few. What happened in the end was that the eldest of three had to kill the other two girls. Of course, everyone knew she did it, and they kept their distance, seeing that murderous rage in her eyes. That was her life before finally becoming a Genin, and it never got any easier.
As a Genin, she was placed with a team that never cared for her, nor she for them. She simply did as she was told, no matter how bad she wanted to argue and prove her point. The team slowly became stronger overall, but Rider was still the strongest, and by this time had a goal. To become Tsuchikage. Even as the Iwa village had been decimated with the war with Konoha, they were rebuilding slowly, and needed another leader except that idot of a Kage that was greedy and wanted fame. Of course, the girl gritted her teeth and endured until the team's age hit sixteen. Then, the girl wanted to be a Chuunin and began pushing for an exam, lacking support. In the end, she got her exam, but it was only for her. She passed it easily, beating both her former teammates, and became Chuunin. That was one step closer to her goals, and her dreams of being a strong Tsuchikage. And the girl would fight for that dream, even kill others for her dream, as soon with the fight against her teammates. In her mind, they were lucky to survive, because they should have been slaugtered for their lack of ambiton and purpose in life. And she nearly did it, had not her sensei stopped her.
But that was the past for her, and she forged her life as a chuunin, doing much more dangerous work then a genin. Her charisma helped her get along with these older teammates, and the girl began truly to show qualties that shone. Intelligence, cold-bloodness and a determination that blazed like a beacon, shining to all that wanted to see it. Her missions were normal, some success, and some failures. For each failure, the girl would gritt her teeth and honor her dead sisters, and continue on, honoring her dead team members as well. Her quiet passion became the object of discussion, and they finally decided to let the girl train under an ANBU. This ANBU began by making her fight him, and she lost. But her loss did not make the girl flip out, or feel as if her pride was punctured. She was just, willing to learn, and worked hard, never stopping, never quitting, a pure ball of determination. Of course, her Jounin exam was grueling and tiresome, and it took nearly all her ressources to finish that exam. The girl was glad, then to have become a Jounin at the age of 19 1/2. Her life was in front of her, and she wouldn't quite now.
As soon as she became Jounin, the girl asked to be a Kage's assistant. She begged, pleaded, threatened, did everything she could to get the position. At one point the Kage simply laughed and told her that she was taken for the job. She had to read every piece of document, organize them, and give the ones that needed signing over to the Tsuchikage. The girl worked hard at this, hopping to be reconized one day. And she soon was, as the Tsuchikage started to get old, and Akatsuki began to rise again, coming to their village. For the longest of times, their Kage refused, letting the black cloaked men pillage, rape and destroy their village. Some of the shinobi elements grew tired of their foolish Kage, and had him assasined. That started a civil war, and Rider was caught in between it, being forced to fight for her life. She had to fight her own parents, and had to kill them in order to survive, the two's rage too strong to understand reason. Then, there was the evenŧ know as Akabara, the Bloody Rose, in Iwa. Some sort of force had impersonnated an ally to get in the village, and wanted it's power. They were quickly squashed by a girl with red hair and rose like eyes that trasfixed them. Of course, they had gotten the description wrong, but the closest person to that description was Rider. The people acclaimed that they wanted her as Kage.
The girl thought about it, and in the end, gave in. She became the new Tsuchikage at the age of 22, working very hard to rebuild Iwa, again. Her determination made the village better, and this time, nothing more dangerous happened. She started to rebuilt the village slowly promising missions when the village was set up right again. After all, she could only do so much, and she wanted something that had been stolen back. A item she had never told anyone about, and her instincts pointed her to Kirigakure for that item. The girl, however, would not try to start another shinobi war, she was tired of battles... and she wanted her village to be set right again.
