The user exhales a large fireball from their mouth to incenerate their opponent. The jutsu is also used as a "coming of age" technique, meaning an uchiha member has to learn it and perform it correctly to officially become a clan member, and have the right to carry the Uchiha symbol on clothes.

The user exhales mutiple fireballs from their mouth. The fire balls can also hide weapons such as kunai or shuriken, as a secondary surprise attack.

The user exhales a large amount of fire from their mouth, down a wire, or long object. That attack is more powerful the the Fire Ball technique, being able to melt rock. The user can also use the jutsu without a wire, using it as an area attack.

Sharingan Windmill Triple Attack

The user throws shuriken at their opponents, tied to wire witch the user is holding. Using the properties of the Sharingan, the user can control the path of the shuriken, tieing up their opponent, or implaing them. The technique is usually followed by a Fire technique, such as the Dragon Flame Jutsu.

The jutsu is the same as the phoenix flower, the user exhales mutiple fire balls at their opponent, except the fire balls are bigger, hotter, and stronger, making this technique the "upgrade" to the phoenix flower jutsu.

Using the Sharingan's ability to copy most jutsu, the user can take any genjutsu cast upon the user, and reverse the genjutsu on its user. ( though it says no rank, i will count it as an A-rank tech, reversing a genjutsu is very diffucult. )
