Kekkei Genkai: the Sharingan

1 tomoe: all Uchiha that are academy students start out like this. Can track down some high speed moving objects.

2 tomoe: Must be a genin and have atleast 300 non-spam posts. Can track down high speed objects with less dificulty. Can see through some minor genjutsu. Can copy some low level taijutsu, and predict some movments.

3 tomoe: Must be Chunnin or above. Need atleast 500 non spam posts. Can track down very high moving objects with little or no diffculty. Can see through most Genjutsu, and copy them. Can copy most ninjutsu and taijutsu. Can predict most taijutsu movments. (assuming your character is fast enough to dodge them)

Mangekyou Sharingan: need atleast 800 non spam posts, and must be jounin or higher. Uchiha Leader and some admins will decide wether you can obtain the Mangekyou. You can be jounin and kill your best friend in RP, but you must become missing after that and you will obtain the original Mangekyou moves: Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, Susano'o. That is the fastest way to obtain it. If you are selected to have the mangekyou by Uchiha Leader and Admin, you can create 1 move, since all Mangekyou react differently to each person who obtains it, you cannot copy a cannon's characters move, OR a person who already has a mangekyou's move. Can see through all genjutsu. Can obtain 1 personal/siganture move for his/hers mangekyou.

Eternal mangekyou: Not yet decided if it is allowed.

Question:To get the original 3 techniques does the best friend have to be an actual player, or can it be an NPC?

Well for a second I was but then i thought "Can it be an NPC?" so i dont know.

Has to be real best friend. and i might only allow tsukiyomi and amterasu, for susanoo is still hiding its cababilities.
