This technique will only last 5 seconds. Because of the unnatural boost the user gets from the technique, this will put a strain on the body.

This technique will only last 10 seconds. Because of the unnatural boost the user gets from the technique, this will kill a normal person but it appears that a jinchuuriki can survive when using this technique, it will just put an enormous strain on the body.
