Description: This is a very powerful weapon that can only be wielded if you have a certain rythem so to speak. This weapon is mainly wielded by a combination of fighting & dancing. Since it is very hard to combine the two, these weapons are not used very often.
Looks: It is like a double halberd with curved blades. The ends of the blades are upwards, making it more of a slashing weapon rather then a piercing weapon.
Capabilities: This weapon is very agile & quick but it also a very devastating weapon. It has a defense mechanism that if anybody but Wei Yan or Huang Zhong, his adopted father, touch it, they will have their part of the body that touches the weapon to catch on fire. This weapon is unbreakable.

Name: Tiger Paw
Description: This is custom made fan made by Huang Zhong. It gives Wei Yan an ability to use wind jutsus without hand seals. However, if he can't use the fan, then he has to use hand seals to use Wind Jutsus.
Looks: This fan has blades along the edges of the fan. It is black when it is closed & it is blood-red when it is opened. It looks like one of the small paper fans you see sometimes.
Capabilities: This weapon has a defense mechanism that activates when anyone but Wei Yan & Huang Zhong touches it. When someone touches it, spikes come out & pierce through the part or the body the person was touching the blade with. The spikes have lethal poison in them that could kill a person in 10 minutes if not given th antidote.

Link to Jutsus: When Fire Jutsus are used by Wei Yan, it sends a powerful feeling, making him feel like he has more strength then usual. When Wind Jutsus are used by Wei Yan, it sends a calm, soothing feeling through.
Link to Clan/Seal/Demon: The Three-Tailed Shark/Turtle gives Wei Yan shark teeth as a permanent characteristic. When the Sanbi takes control of Wei Yan, Wei Yan grows to 12 ft tall & his muscles become more defined. However, he also gets even faster then he was before despite of how big he gets. Wei Yan also gets a boost of chakra from the demon. Not only that, it grants the mastery of Water Jutsus & gives the jinchuuriki the ability to use Water Jutsus.

History/Background Story:

The Start:

Wei Yan was a happy child born into a small, native civilian village. On the day he was born, the Sanbi attacked attacked the village. It was destroying everything but thanks to a wandering seal master, he managed to seal the demon into Wei Yan. The villagers knew this but didn't blame Wei Yan. They treated him like a normal child. One day, when Wei Yan was 6, the village was attacked by bandits. Wei Yan managed to escape from the bandits. He was the only survivor. he was later attacked by wolves & was almost killed. However, Huang Zhong, a famous old war veteran who was known as the Silver Dragon & the Bow Master of the legendary Four Tiger Generals saved him & later made him his son. Wei Yan had his throat cut right on his voice box by a Missing-nin, who was quickly killed by Huang Zhong. It wasn't damaged enough to prevent him from speaking, but he could not speak properly or say certain words.

Apprenticeship Arc:

Wei Yan, who was 8, began his apprenticeship under Huang Zhong. He wanted to learn how to use a double voulge. He learned dancing then later on how to fight & after that he learned how to mix the two together. At age 15, he became a master of the double voulge & later on learned how to use a fan in combat. He later learned how to mask his presence & learn how to steal from even the most advanced ninja. He learned how to like a predator stalking for his prey. He later received a mask that was made by Huang Zhong to conceal his face. When he asked why, Huang Zhong said "If your prey gets away from you, they won't know who you are" Needless to say, Wei Yan took his word for it & has been wearing the mask ever since.

Wandering-nin Arc:

When Wei Yan was 16, he decided to wander on his own for a while. He learned many jutsus from scrolls he stole from ninja. As he was quickly learning, he got a message from Huang Zhong saying someone needed to see him. He arrived back to his home later to find a man wishing to teach him special Kenjutsu moves. He quickly learned them all. By age 18, him & Huang Zhong decided to travel the world. To this day, they are seen traveling from country to country, from village to village. He became Sannin level at the age of 23.

"Well whelp, what do you want to do today?" asked Zhong. "Me...fight...enemies" said Wei Yan in his deep baritone voice. "There are no enemies in range Wei Yan" said a chuckling Huang. "Don't...care. Me...fight...anyone. Me want...fight. Me want...good fight" said Wei Yan. "So do I Wei Yan. However, we will not go making enemies just for you to get a fight" said Huang, rolling his eyes at Wei Yan. "Can't...help it. Me bored" said Wei Yan. "Yes yes, so am I Wei Yan. I wish there was a war going on. Don't you Wei Yan?" asked Huang Zhong. "I...live only...for battle" said Wei Yan.

Suddenly, there was a rustle in the bushes. the two travelers tuned towards the sound. A wolf ran out of the bushes & attempted to leap at Haung Zhong. Wei Yan caught the wolf by it's neck & started squeezing. The wolf was losing oxygen. Wei Yan then put his other hand on the wolf's throat & crushed it's neck with his hands. The wolf fell limp in Wei Yan's hands. "Nice job Wei Yan" remarked Huang Zhong. "Wolf...not honorable. I...had to...kill it" said Wei Yan.

Remove 4 legged technique, it is an Inuzuka tech. In the tiger paw, take out the part about the lethal poison that kills in 10 minutes. No colored chakra, and i want hashi's opinion on the bijuu, since we technically dont allow it. I dont think its a good idea that you should have it, since you know remotley nothing about it. The 3tailes bijuu allows control of water , and like any other bijuu, grants the person extra chakra, it also increases the strength of most water jutsu used by the user, and you dont have a single one. Because of this, i dont think its a good idea, but thats just my oppinion. If hashi allows it, you might want to put in the Special Characteristics section, Bijuu Chakra, and also if you get it, put in some water jutsu.
