Heavenly spin training

Renjiro was waiting for his nephew to arrive for his new training session

Ichi walked on right outside.

"Hello. I havn't seen you around for a while. What you been up to?"

"Personal training and developement. Now im back to Hyuuga business and your training is on my agenda today. So today i should hopefully be teaching you the 8 trigrams heavenly spin technique" he said with acalm and relax tone. "First then your ready i need you to mediate like we practiced before but instead of releasing it into your hand i would like yout to release it in a controled manner from every chakra point in your body and hold it for 10 seconds"

Ichi stood up instead for this meditation. Ichi meditated with the same feeling/though as before. He rasied his right arm to chest hieght and formed the Hyuuga hand sign. He stood in a stance and tried to maintain the flow of charkra through every point in his body.

It only lasted for 5 seconds as Ichi almost lost his balance but gained it back quickly.

"Well I got it for about 5 seconds."

"Good start. I see we need to try and work on maintaining your chakra system then" with that renjiro hit 12 chakra points in his nephews body which allowed his chakra to flow freely and to control it better. "Now this time maintain for 5 seconds and then release the chakra via your chakra points

Ichiku listend to what his Uncle had to say. He meditated again and tried to maintain the chakra flow through his points.

"1,2,3,4,5" he counted aloud, Ichiku had evenly released the chakra he had stored within his body. "Good job, thats teh first part of it now comes teh hard bitm the rotation" he said in a serious tone

"Well I'm sure it can't be that bad. It's only a rotation." Ichi sounded confident that he could do it in one try.

he stared at him with disbelief. "Ok mister cocky. To rotate the chakra you just released you need to spin yourself clockwise in a continuous manner until you want to stop the technique"

"What do you mean? Just rotate and release the chakra?" Ichi started to feel dumb about sounding smart.

"Do exactly as you did before but spin on teh spot in a clockwise direction. Thats all i want you to do for now"

"Okay..." Ichi placed his right foot behind him and spun clockwise.

"Like that?"

"Yes continue until you cant spin anymore or you cant maintain the even chakra release anymore"

Ichi continued doing this. He could only do it three more times until he stoped.

"The only reason I stopped was because I was getting dizzy." He state as he began to fall.

"Well rest then" as he said that he started to release a little bit of his chakra from his chakra points and then started to rotate forming teh heavenly spin "Th-is... is....the..heav-en-ly...spin" he said while spiining at high speed

Ichi watched his Uncle perform the heavnly spin. Problem was, Ichi was getting dizzier just by watching him.
