History/Background:Being a member of the uchiha clan tachi has a lot of expectations on his shoulders. at age 8 his mother and father died trying to save him from drowning but they drowned. tachi quickly advanced through the ninja ranks during genin training his sharigan eye began to develop. by the time he made chunnin his sharigan was fully developed he was tolded if he wanted the mangekyou sharigan tachi had to kill his best freind but tachi refused to do that and has not inherited the power of mangekyou sharigan he has completed countless mission as chunnin but is looking to complete a lot more.

Role Playing Sample:Tachi had gotten back to the leaf village after 3 straight missions. He walked into his home and went into his room and laid on the bed. He tossed and turned he figured if he couldn't sleep he would go train tachi went out to the lake and concentrated his chakra into his feet. He then walked on the water and began meditatiing "hmm if i can't sleep i will train" he said but after about 10 minutes Tachi felt drowsy. He went back home and gote into his bed and shortly after Tachi drifted off to sleep
